Yes, Fernando. It was close though, he may have been right at parallel - I wasnt going to say anything though obviously!! Huge lift. Then he played with snatch pulls, and snatch deadlift so much that he ran out of bumpers to use and had to borrow the powerlifters iron.

290# clean and jerk (5# pr) this afternoon and then worked up to a 415# (3#below pr) back squat. It looks like I should have been able to power clean it rather than dropping below parallel.

184 Clean DL which eclipses my previous DL during a CFT some years ago by 2.5#. A bit different because it was a clean DL in WL shoes without a mixed grip.

Still kind of neat.

Not really a true 1rm since these are typically done at the end of the session (Monday's) after daily 1rm Sn Balance, Sn, Cn, rack jerks.

210#(95.5kg) snatch today and almost got 100kg

PR DOMS in lower pecs, lats, and biceps.

Fridays EMOM still has me tight. Haven't felt this much DOMS in a long time.

Now that my left shoulder is a bit more mobile I can start adding weight overhead.

Hit a snatch and Clean and jerk PR on the weekend

175 snatch and 235 clean and jerk. Great news is from here on out...everything should be a PR!

Squatted 406lb the other day for a 16lb PR. Finally feeling like I have an ok squat and deadlift. Now to take it up in the new year.

Past week:
150kg back squat
125kg clean
125kg pause front squat
3x2x100kg overhead squat
3x110kg clean

Then workouts promptly went in the crapper Tue/Wed.
