When and how much for my supplements (nitrean + BCAA+)

Just got my first thing of nitrean and BCAA+.

I am wondering when I should take each and how much? I am kind of new to the supplement thing.

Info on me and the type of training I am doing can be found here.

Thanks,

Ryan

Ryan doesn't it give directions for use on the containers?
At any rate you will get different answers the most basic is to use both post workout but tons of peple use before during and after. No real rules or anything. When I'm supplementing I now usually will sip it throughout my workout, kind of covers all the bases.

As for how much, I again have to point to the manufacturers reccomendations, never used nitrean maybe there is no directions?

Re: When and how much for my supplements (nitrean + BCAA+)

How about the guy that formulated them giving you an answer ?

Nitrean+: 2 scoops in water or milk (depending upon your goal - you can also use other liquids) after your workout and then 1 scoop in the liquid of your choice before bed. On off days just the 1 scoop prior to bed unless you eat a late meal then you would not need it.

BCAA+: One serving 40 minutes prior to training. If your meal schedules include prolonged periods between you can also split the difference with a serving to help keep protein synthesis elevated.

FYI, for anyone reading this thread, Nitrean 4.6 chocolate and Nitrean+ 4.53 vanilla are on sale for $10 and $11 off respectively per jug this weekend. In addition you get a free Multi-Plus with your order AND you can use the CFF code discount for 10% additional savings. A pretty darned good deal...

Just read your goals. If you can drink milk mix your Nitrean in whole milk.

Yes, all protein contains BCAA. A BCAA supplement is simply a calorie free, concentrated version (in the case of my product it also includes glutamine).
