The local YMCA that I'm a member of is looking to replace it's outdated inclined situp board with better equipment. I have suggested they check out getting a GHD machine since it allows for multiple exercises.
I know that this question has been asked a few times and I reviewed them, but I have zero experience with purchasing/recommending such equipment. What I need is some equipment recommendations that will survive daily use, and doesn't carry a hefty price tag. Thanks for the help in advance. (Message edited by Invictus on May 02, 2007) |

My York GHD arrived a week ago - I have to endorse Paul's recommendation. This thing is unreal, built like a tank. Takes two people to move it around the garage. My York GHD and cockroaches - both will survive a nuclear detonation.
Big thanks to Allison - she rocks. |
