Somebody yell at me

Take a look at my log (link in signature).... It speaks for itself.

I gotta find a way to snap out of this and get back into the Gym.

I'll probably be starting from scratch at this point.

Re: Somebody yell at me

It sounds like other events in your life are taking your focus away. Without knowing what they are, try as best you can to deal with them and use your workouts as a way to take your mind off whatever it is that's bothering you. There is no sense in yelling at you if you have other issues on the go.

Shawn,

Get your *** back in the gym!!! If you have to start at the begining, start there. It does not matter, the only thing that matters is that you start (again). Take it day by day, make small improvements each day and build on the previous day.

This quote helps me;

"It's not about how hard you can hit. It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward"

Shawn....

Get your a** back in the gym, dude!!!!

This is a life-long pursuit, and there will be many times in your life when you fall off the wagon. And therefore, many times when you need to pick yourself back up and get back on. It's the way life is.

Just start over....it's all good!!

Rocky Balboa! Nice, it is a very good quote!!

Dont worry about missing a few workouts. Life does sometimes take over and there is nothing we can do about it. Just remember that all you need is about an hour aday - 10 min warm up, 20 min workout, 30min to cool down. Make time. I know how this feels. I recently moved and lived in a hotel for 2 months. I had no motivation and no desire to workout, and now it shows. I had an excuse! Now you know the problem, look at your daily activities and find time to work out. If you really want it you will do it!

GOOD LUCK, AND GET YOUR A$$ BACK IN THE GYM!!!!!!

Re: Somebody yell at me

Shawn, we need to talk ...

I just had a talk with General Tagawa, and he that said the Mirakami shogunate has sent a team of ninjas to your house, and they are traveling there from Tokyo right-ef'ing-now! Get moving. They know every where you've been the past month and a half. From the looks of your log, you should be safe at the gym. You have a very small window of opportunity here as the spy that was surveilling you is now waiting for his colleagues to skip across the waves (it's ancient ninja trick, I can't get into it now).

Go. Quickly. While you still can.

You've been warned.

Re: Somebody yell at me

If the up-coming zombie war won't get you back in the gym, you are a goner. Make sure they take the first bite out of a place that would kill you quick.
