Started CF 15 days ago with a Cindy:
9 rds. of pullups (assisted), 9 rounds of squats, 8 of pushups (with the last set assisted)
11 rds. pullups (still with assistance), 11 rounds of squats, 11 rounds of pushups (no assistance— perfect form).
So, I guess this stuff works!! ;)
Pants are fitting a bit better (and basically not dieting), I feel very solid and strong, but not "pumped" in the classic body-building sense.
This program is the best.
