Wednesday March 28
Took a couple day break. It was a crazy weekend and I had a mid term this morning. Felt good to move some weight again today.

Deadlift 3,3,3+:
295, 335, 380x6
That felt great. Honestly the 380 was almost a little easy. I had a few more reps in there if I really dug for it.

3 rounds for time:
500m row
10 Clean and Jerk, 135
10 Toes to Bar
16:30. Not too bad. The weights I used were metal so I never dropped the clean and jerks. That definitely added a fun element to it.

Shoulder Press 3,3,3+
125, 145, 165x6

3 rounds of AMRAP in 4 minutes, rest 2 minutes between AMRAP's:
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Toes to Bar
20 Push-Ups
30 Jumping Air Squats
Round 1: 1 round + 25 reps
Round 2: 1 round + 5 reps
Round 3: 1 round + 5 reps

That was hard...
