Medium Group Workouts with no equipment

I am looking for some 'fun' and simple yet challenging workouts for around 15-25 people. We don't have access to equipment at this facility. I have done some WODs like "JT", scaled the dips to bench dips done on the bleachers. We have done some of the running WODs as well. I have been trying to stay as creative as possible, often making them up on the spot due to group size being inconsistent. Just looking for some WODs you all have maybe tried or created that your athletes really enjoyed.

get some equipment and bring it with you. med balls, dumbbells, sandbags, tires, etc are all cheap (or free) and very portable.

to answer your question, look at stuff by ross enamait. check out convict conditioning. checkout gymnastic workouts. and look into partner assisted resistance. pushing, pulling, carrying your partner add resistance in a hurry. look up military grass drills.

If you have access to a track or park/ field you can set up various stations (pushup, situp, squat, etc) where you do 1 min at the station then run a lap then to the next station and continue for whatever time you decide.
