Re: fitness for a 3 yr old. just keep them outside?

I have a 3 year old who I take to the gym with me after hours when I workout alone. He loves to row, he takes PVC and bench presses, he climbs and the other day I looked over and he got the sled out and started pushing it. I take him in there because he wants to go and it is a big playground but he is picking up stuff that I do and immitates it.
