"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pullups - 73
Pushups - 87
Situps - 106
Squats - 116

Total - 382

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight (245lbs)
Bench press: body weight (165lbs)
Clean: 3/4 body weight (130lbs)

As Rx'd - 50:21

Grinded through this whole workout. Form was terrible on deadlifts and cleans.

Big improvement. However, after seeing my time, I started to question my range of motion. On a lot of my lunges I don't thing I was standing up fully before going into the next lunge. Note to pay closer attention on next attempt.

Correction. My actual time was 21:11. I was rushing out the door to the gym and didn't notice the mistake.

Tuesday 090825
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

As Rx'd - 6 rounds plus 3 thrusters

Grip on the cleans and SDHPs was my biggest sticking point. This is a really bad workout with iron plates at a globo.

Did 10 minutes of work after on flags, back levers, and handstands.
