New Blog

Hi, Everyone! I just started a training blog that I wanted to share with y'all. Although, I have known and believed in CF since 2006, I just submitted myself this year. Since joining my affiliate in April, I have made huge gains in all areas of my fitness. Just last week I attempted PRs for the first time on a couple of lifts. I was stoked to DL 205 and clean and jerk 115. To put that in perspective, I am a female, weigh 120 lbs, and have never lifted before joining my affiliate.

I will be attempting to get as far as I can in next year's CF Games qualifiers. I know I have a lot of improvements to make, but I'm inviting you to follow my journey, and would love to hear any advice and experiences you have to share.

Re: New Blog

Thanks, Tavia! I am now following your blog, too! What a success story! You inspire me! I love hearing about people's success. It gives me something to think about when I have to "go there" in the WOD.

My body composition has totally morphed since April. I am not trying to do this, it has just happened. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about it. It is totally true that form will follow function! I'll post some "before" photos on my blog.
