Here is a link to a video by Tony Ciarelli. He is one of the gurus of our area in weight training and olymipic lifting. Burgner has a great article about him on his web site (www.mikesgym.org) Tony's wife has been the strength and conditioning coach of the year by the American Football Monthly Association. I have not seen the video yet, but knowing Tony it will be well worth the $40 to help you learn the O-lifts correctly. The ultimate is to go to Burgner's Semimar in SD which is listed on the main CF page, but not everyone can make it out to California. Burgner's 2 day seminar is the best thing you can do to learn and teach, but I thought this would be of some intrest to many of you.

You don't have to go to SD to find a good oly coach. I found an excellent coach (via USA Weightlifting: 719-866-4508) here in the Twin Cities (Minnesota), who was one of the top lifters in the state for almost twenty years. Just spending a half hour with him improved my lifting technique more than all the articles I had read and all the videos I had seen over the last nine months.
