So, I am pretty sure this happened a few weeks back during the push jerks (I wasn't even going heavy as I am still new to the CF style of training and other than the core basic movements, I am focusing on form right now before I start adding much weight.)
Anyway, I have some kind of deposit on my elbow preventing me from extending it all they way. I am hoping it works itself loose, otherwise it's arthroscopic surgery to clean it up. No bench, no press of any kind. I can get through pushups and pullups to some extent, ROM is limited.
Anyone have a knee or elbow "scoped" How long can I plan on being out?
