I dont do leg workouts very often(if any at all). This is because whenever I do 100lbs or more my knees hurt and feels like they will give out. Although my legs can handle the weight my knees are killing me. So I have a bad case of chicken legs, any idea what to do?

Find a knowledgeable lifting coach to check your form. Do lots of BW squats. Visit one of the CA CF affiliates.
