Forgot to mention Stadium Stairs.

Franklin Field, Philadelphia: run every step in the stadium.

I could barely walk for 4 days...
That is a direct double hit to the legs. If lunges aren't done regularly they have huge potential to produce soreness (maybe second only to GHD sit ups). Unless it was a bunch of fire breathers this was probably not great programing.

In the good but painful category is the:

run 1600
rest 3 minutes
run 1200
rest 2 minutes
run 800
rest 1 minute
run 400

Done on an actual 400m track so you can blaze it, it is as close to puking as I have ever gotten. Most people don't it hit it hard enough. Done right, wow!

Just wondering, but what's your 1RM?

455# when I stopped.

I don't have access to any sort of deadlift equipment for the time being so I'm taking some time off. It'll be a lot of time by the time I can lift again.

I also vote for Kalsu.

I only have ever tried it with 95#, not using a rack. It was a while ago. It took me 17 minutes (I didn't pace at all, which probably contributed) and it was AWFUL. This one easily wins for me because, unlike other WoDs I have tried, you can't just ease off and chip away at it. The longer you take the more you have to do.

The Murph for sure...

My personal fitness class at my high school ran it mid-May. People were getting around the 27-minute range (I know, right?). I came in dead-last at 47:45.

I squat deep, kthx.

You were doing Crossfit in your high school PE class??? That's awesome! How do the other students feel about it?

...

My hardest workout ever was:

Cleans at 155#

1 Squat Clean and Jerk
1 Round of Cindy
2 Squat Clean and Jerk
1 Round of Cindy
3 Squat Clean and Jerk
............
10 Squat Clean and Jerk
1 Round of Cindy

My legs are my weak point so doing 55 Squat Cleans mixed with 150 Air Squats completely crushed me.
