Tim's Log: Road to CrossFit Games 2014

Hello everyone!

I'm Tim, 23 years old and I live in Europe, The Netherlands.
My goal is to qualify myself for the Regionals and CrossFit Games next year!
To reach these goals I'll have to work really hard, so that's what I'm planning to do!

Bodystats: 6'0ft, 200lbs, 12% fat (measured: 04/16/2013)

I'll log my current diet and workouts on here and I hope to receive a lot of useful information from my fellow Crossfitters!

Rowing (machine) (100% resistance)
20sec max effort
40sec rust

20 rounds
(Rowed a total of 2,5km in 6:40min, 20sec x20)


Barbell Squats (10x3 75% 1RM)
60kg x5 (warm-up)
100kg x3 (warm-up)
120kg 10x3

CrossFit WOD
BW Dips x10
30sec max effort rowing (machine)
BW Dips x9
30sec max effort rowing (machine)
BW Dips x8
30sec max effort rowing (machine)
BW Dips x7
30sec max effort rowing (machine)

Had an epic fail moment on my next attempt. Wanted to do 65.5kg x2, but forgot to add an 2.5kg plate on the left side. So did an imbalanced 63kg Snatch instead...

63kg x1, 2nd rep I lost my balance which almost ended badly but managed to keep myself safe...

will need to work a lot on my technique though
