I was doing 'Judo belt muscle ups' at the gym today and got told I couldn't do them incase "my belts came undone and I went flying off...sorry", I said it's ok took my belts down and started to do bar muscle ups...then I was told I couldn't do that because the structure wasn't strong enough...I claimed it was made of steel...but there were also health and saftey issues...however!! The manager did say if I used real gymnastics rings it would be ok! Waiting for pay day...and la revolution!

Graham

I don't want to deprive Tyler of a sale but if you are looking for some of his rings fast there is a pair for sale on UK ebay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7201800767&rd=1&sspage name= STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

cheers

That's ok. I was once at a Y that had AAI gymnasitcs rings. So I use em. Do some supports, handstands, etc. I was asked to stop. They couldn't explain to me why they were there if you couldn't use em... Grr...

Mark just one little bit of advice about the rings. The price does come up a bit as Royal Mail wacks about 20 squid worth of VAT and fees on rings when they come in. Still an awesome bit of kit but if you aren't expecting it, it can be a bit of a shock.

Cheers, kempie

Cheers Chris

I'm glad it's not just me that that happened to. When I bought the last set I ended up getting chased by a debt collection agency cos I was sure I'd paid the shipping and ignored the first few demands. I folded in the end and just coughed up the cash. I wonder if there is anything that can be done about that? Tyler?

cheers
