CrossFit is owned by Reebok now. /s

Stumbled across this article (WFS-ish - some links to their other articles on the site have CrossFit Main Page controversy inducing type images) about rapper Rick Ross doing CrossFit now, the article has a neat little line that reads as follows -
Quote:
the rapper has dropped around 100 pounds with the help of Reebokís CrossFit program and better eating habits. For those who donít know, CrossFit is a fitness regimen that is both a strength and conditioning workout, and helps to improve a range of things, including stamina, power, agility and more, all at the same time.
Just wanted to see what everyone else thought. Obviously the writer doesn't know the full details, and are just referencing what they see on ESPN.

Funniest quote in that link:

Quote:
You know, the most I used to do for exercise was stand up to count the money

LOL

Looks like the article has been edited. That sentence now reads:

"...the rapper has dropped around 100 pounds with the help of CrossFit and better eating habits...."

A lot of ***'s in that article.....
