Seaweed for Sushi - where does it stand?

Would this be a favorable or unfavorable carb? I'm seriously considering taking the 30 day Paleo challenge and I thought it would be cool to make some kind of sushi or california roll and replace the rice w/something else like tuna.

Eat as much seaweed as you want.

Seaweed = one of the most paleo and healthful foods you could consume.

Not to mention it's virtually calorie-free.

Sashimi is paleo :-) you can add all sorts of garnish, oils, and can also set the sashimi on fruit if you wish. Sushi is pretty easy to make paleo. Just dont use the rice

Make hand rolls without the rice. Most places I go will make handrolls sans rice when asked. I love sashimi, but I would drain my bank account trying to fill up on it.
