NIghtshades

So I've had some joint strain injury problems, along with chronic headaches, and I'm wanting to avoid nightshades for a while. Question is, where is a complete, reliable list of nightshade foods to avoid?

I need to know it sweet potatoes and jicama are foods I need to avoid. I've read specifically where sweet potatoes are NOT in the nightshade family, and I;ve also read where sweet potatoes and jicama are both Morning Glories, which are in the nightshade family.

Can anyone clarify?

Re: NIghtshades

Sweet potatoes are Morning Glory. Jicama might be MG also, but definitely isn't a nightshade.

Nightshades: potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, all peppers (not peppercorns), goji berries, gooseberries, and tobacco.
