Re: Do you have a crossfit related blog?

I recently started one as my testbed for my future affiliation aspirations. http://st8we.blogspot.com Check it out if you want. Leave a comment if you wish. I just started it so the posts are a little thin, but I have got some pretty decent links on there if you dig kettlebells. Let me know what you all think.

Re: Do you have a crossfit related blog?

Andrew, thanks, please do. Assuming you'll join Coachscorner to, it's a good little group.

I tried to edit my earlier post (a second time) to remove the whining, but couldn't.

Re: Do you have a crossfit related blog?

My Crossfit Blog is mostly Crossfit based with some Zone and a few personal posts, and is 99% WFS. I try not to fill it with too much Training Log as that's only really interesting to me.

I've tried to put together some useful stuff, like this post lists all the named Crossfit workouts, with links to their demo videos, what exercises they comprise and links to the individual exercises videos.

Re: Do you have a crossfit related blog?

Does a workout log here count? I post something for every day, even when I don't workout, and post other random stuff that has nothing to do with training. Its kinda like a dull diary, somewhat censored since anyone can read it.

Less than exciting reading most of the time, but:

wfs - possible risk of bad language, major risk of typos.

Re: Do you have a crossfit related blog?

I have both a website and a blog. The website is general information about the affiliate and the blog is a chronicle of workouts, efforts and thoughts. The blog is easiest to get to through the website located at:
http://crossfitcarsonvalley.com (wfs) Both are works in progress and I am working with a graphic artist to design logos etc for t-shirts, business cards as well as banners for both the website and the blog.

Re: Do you have a crossfit related blog?

Can you start your own 'crossfit' blog using the name 'crossfit' (EX: crossfitblakesgarge.blogspot.com) if you are not an affiliate, therefore having not paid for the rights to use it?

Re: Do you have a crossfit related blog?

I also have a blog that is something that will hopefully be more commercial later. It's mostly just fitness philosophizing and the beginnings of my experiment to run a marathon without really training for one.
