Re: Looking to complete a quote

State of the art equipment does not produce state of the art results, yet a simple log or rock, coupled with the right training program can.

Re: Looking to complete a quote

I was all excited that mine was pretty good. Then I read Eugene's and thought "O.K. mine sucks"

I want Eugene's quote on a t-shirt!

It sounds great for a crossfitter, but i think it won't for your average urban dweller. They are taught from childhood that they must use calculators to sum, machines to relocate in space, enhancers to pass exams, ... and hence won't believe that training with nothing is better than training with a bunch of machines.

I personally think this one to be more convincent:

True to the CrossFit philosophy. If treadmills and pec-decks worked, we would use them. The only reason we do what we do is because the results are proven by empirical data.

Use what works, discard what doesn't.

It's not the machines, it's the effort ...

Eh, I disagree, so far yours is the best Drew, "state of the heart" is...kinda corny, sorry, just my opinion.
