My first fran was around 12min I believe. Now its ~3:30. Your time is a great start as you can see!

I have to agree with everyone else, my first fran time was over 12 minutes and now I am at 6 flat so your ahead of the curve just keep working on your fundamentals and the rest will come.

My first Fran was 8:22 and the second time i tried it i got 4:00 and my pull ups were pretty bad,but next time ill probly do a bit better.So dont worry it will get better.Good Luck
