I know this is a subjective question, but what would be considered a good time to run an all-out 400m for an in-shape athlete(I'm training for amateur boxing if it matters)? To put things into better perspective, I'm 29 years old, 6'0", 190ibs.
My current best at the 400m is 1 min 5 sec.I'd just like to know where I stand.Anyone?

Matt-

Sub 1 min times are great as a single modality event. During a WOD where one is performing work between the 400m bouts this time can be greatly increased. It looks like you are right in striking distance for an excellent time.
