Notes: RXed workout. Finished 4 out of 27 on the whiteboard. I was 8 burpees away from finishing second, which makes me a little irritated.
I failed one power snatch on the final round, which might have given me enough time for the burpees.

However, three people whom I don't know have come up to me after the workouts this week and complimented me on my energy/performance on the Metcons. The words "amazing" and "relentless" were used, and one person said that I "got more energy in the last five minutes" of the workout. In addition, I have really been nipping at MM's heels all week. All of this put together makes me feel like I may be breaking through an endurance plateau.

Notes: RXed workout. Finished tied for 1 with 16 total athletes out of 28 on the whiteboard. I am proud to say that this WOD was pretty damn easy. I felt like I had a lot of leeway, finishing the rows and DUs in 30 seconds and the situps in about 40 seconds as a recovery movement.

Notes: Scaled power snatch to 95# from 115# and subbed 9 strict pullups for 6 bar muscle ups. Feeling a little sick, but WOD was ok. I PRed strict press last week at 135 x 1, and failed my attempts at a new PR today. Tall box jumps were good.
