Five rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
15 Jumping alternating lunges
20 Double-unders (40 singles)
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
Rest 90 seconds

Time - 23:06
possibly did an extra lap or two. Good quad burner. From waist down is sore.

15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent (towels pull-ups 10)
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball (18#)
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods (55# dumbell)
20 Double-unders (40 singlesl)


Time 13:30

Kb swings were broken.

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
(I broke into sets of 5 - 20 rounds)

Time - 21:24

Tough workout, but the 5 per set worked very well with the pull-ups.

CrossFit Games Open 12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Score - 42 reps

- very disappointed in myself. Muscle failure followed by cardio. Should have scaled down, but I went to the end.
