Thanks for the encouragement Nik.
I went through a bit of an illness and it's been a struggle getting back into the swing of it. The other night I did 15-10-5 of full squat clean thrusters at 95# and pull-ups. I think it was around 10 minutes. |

I went kayaking with my daughter for about 2.5 hours this weekend.
Danced around with the family last night while my oldest played DJ. The kids loved it and I got a pretty good cardio workout. I really felt like doing a WOD last night but the timing just didn't work out so neither did I. |

Did 3 rounds of 500m row and 10 thrusters at 95# Don't time many WODs anymore but I was completely gassed. |

Not much lately due to illness and new baby.
Ocasionally do the 50-40-30-20-10 push-ups/sit-ups/squats thing and maybe do a few miles on the treadmill. I really, really need to get back on track. |

I haven't done any kind of workout since my last post. I feel like I've been sick forever. I tried to do "Jackie". It felt good just to do something again. 1000m row 4:03 50 thrusters 45# 20-10-10-5 30 pull-ups--I only did 10 because my family was waiting for me to start dinner. |

No-I haven't given up. I just haven't been posting my workouts on here.
I'm still trying to stay as consistant as possible with my bust family life. I have figured out that the best time for me to work out is after the kids are in bed. This may not be ideal as far as my energy level, but I got to do what I got to do. Yesterday afternoon: 3 round for time of 500m row / 10 85# thrusters 11:26 PR by about 1 minute. |

Worked on handstand PU last night in the basement while watching the baby. Got 21 in a row then did sets of 12, 5, 10.
After the kids were all down did: 3 rounds of 400m run - 10 burpees in 10:41 |
