"Cindy" 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 squats AMRAP in 20min. stopped at 20 with about 1min left-PR last time (5/08) was first time and got 16 in 20 full min. |

Been battling a cold for about a week or so.
10-8 3 rounds: 500m row 95# thrusters x10 10-9 100 pull-ups a bit over 14 minutes Also been doing, and I am going to continue to do every day, 50 push-ups 50 sit-ups 50 squats really foccussing on form and full range of motion. |

Wow. It's been hard to find time to work out lately.
I don't remember exactly what days I did the following, but here it is. Still doing 50 X pushups, situps, squats every day. Did 50-40-30-20-10 pushups, situps, squats in about 10 minutes. Way off my PR. Last night I did 50 95# thrusters in about 5 minutes. |

Hey Greg keep at it , at least you are doing somthing and not on the couch!! i am also 41 and find it tough to get all my workouts in. Keep it up man!!
