Metabolically heavy WODs
I'd like to get a list of the WODs that will elicit the greatest calorie expenditure. I have 15 days left in a physique change competition and need to focus on getting the biggest bang for my buck so to speak.
And, yes, I do know that diet is the key to muscle gain/fat loss. My diet is nailed down in terms of over all calories and macronutrient breakdown. |

Try the one I did the other day
400m run 10 burpees 25 squats 20 press ups 10 rounds Just over 30 mins of hell |
