I don't know what a "good" score for FGB is but I do know that today was my second time doing the workout. Because of equipment issues, I subed thrusters with 20 lb DB's for the wallball and run for the row. On my first time for this WOD I scored 255. Today I upped it to 307?
![]() I know that's probably not an impressive score to most of the people on this forum but I'm pretty happy to up my score by 50 points. |

Re: Fgb Pr
That sounds like a great increase - did yu do the same subs both times?
What do you think was the biggest factor in your increase? i.e. mental approach, better technique, etc. (I am assuming your first time with the workout was last week when it was also the WOD.) |

Re: Fgb Pr
I used the same subs both time. I think the biggest reason was because I had done the workout before. I kind of knew what to expect and I actually pushed myself harder this time than I did the first time. I know that I'm not going to get a great strength and conditioning increase in 10 days.
