question on clean and jerk w.o.d.

on the is w.o.d. is it ok to a squat clean then thruster? And when doing it overhead is it anyway of form, push press or split jerk. I remember in the 08 games last event I saw everett and khalipa doing them like thrusters. I figure it will be ok since your trying to do more work in less time. Last question, when you start to get winded is it okay to break up the movement? For example , power clean, then a front squat then push press or straight to a thruster.

Re: question on clean and jerk w.o.d.

Depends on your goals. You can work on your clean and jerk technique or you can through it as fast as you can. Both are worthwhile endeavors. Which will help you the most?
