thanks 4 the help now the pictures of Garage Gym

So thanks for the links of how to do its, and money saving ways. I will admit there are something worth paying for. An some not. I have learned my lesson on buy cheap-o kettle bells and squat racks after having one of afore mentioned products crack and fail. I will buy only quality. All I need now is a rower ( well actually I hate them, I understand why vikings were so mean once they got off the boats. I want to kill an burn things once I get of a rower much less a ship filled with bearded men, Clad in leather and furs who haven't showered in recent memory )

Do you know what brand that GHD is? I've never seen one designed like it before.

I sure don't. Previous owner said he got it from a person who bought fitness equipment from closed gyms? It changes postions I will snap some more pics tonight.

1x 45LB Troy Barbell Solid Cast Iron Kettlebell for $44.55 each

1x 25LB Troy Barbell Solid Cast Iron Kettlebell for $24.75 each

1x Troy Barbell 230LB Bumper Plate Set for $250.70 each

1x Crossfit Trifector (Bumpers, Kettlebells, Oly Bar and Collars) for $545.00

Shipping was just under 100.00 IIRC

all purchased from www.theKettlebellking.com

Stall mats
30 bucks each from craigs list
rings are from rouge ( check the site can't remember)

pull up bar
Pull up bar studs? was 2 2x6 5.00 each?
Bar it self was 4.00 (one for the rings one for the pull up bar)
had the bolts and such ??

GHD- 120 from craigs list

Med ball was 5.00 sand was via the work

Poly boxes

2 sheets of plywood 30.00 each
box of screws and wood glue 10.00

Tools cost a bunch but I was able to build other stuff with them
saw 60.00
saw horses 30.00
level 10.00
drill 30.00
extension cord 10.00
band aids- 10.00
tape measure- 5.00

you may want to store bar horizontal.
Just cause of fluid in collars.
