Another Zone Question

Right now I am eating 19 blocks a day, 5 for the meals and then 2 for the snacks, so my schedule looks like 5-5-2-5-2.

I work out in the evenings before dinner, my problem is that sometimes by the time I get home and prepare dinner and eat, I'm tired and ready to go to bed, not being the slightest bit hungry for the last two blocks.

I have a feeling though that 17 blocks of food is not enough for me (I weigh 200 Ibs and am very active). So would it be better to eat a bigger dinner, say 7 blocks, or just eat the snack an hour after dinner regardless if i'm hungry or not??

This is why I love milk. Have a 2 block portion of milk and life is easy...unless you're a "no dairy" guy

yeah, I try and stay away from dairy products for the most part, and after the SS and GOMAD, I did awhile back, I'd rather not look at milk for a very long time.....

Eat the blocks whether you are hungry or not.
