Chicken Salad- Zone style

Here's a recipe I put together. It may not be Zone absolutely perfect but the nutrition software I have says it's about 6 blocks total. Let me know if it could be improved.

Makes 2 servings: 3 blocks each

4.5 ounce can of Hormel White meat chicken
2 tbs light canola mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 large boiled whole egg
1 large boiled egg white
1/4 cup green onions chopped
2 tbs pickle relish-sweet or regular-I use 1 tbs of each

salt and pepper to taste
50 calories worth of Romaine or Spinach
2 apples-medium not the huge ones

Directions:
Use a chopper to chop up the chicken, egg and egg whites. Add other ingredients and season to taste. Eat on top of half the greens and have an apple for dessert. Of course you can sub whatever carb sources you like. I just chose the apples and lettuce because it's what I have.
