You wouldn't be able to fit it into a sidebar, but you could embed just the scoring page like they do (link below - adjust parameters as needed). You'd need to put it in your main content area though unless you do some more advanced work and resize this. Its 638px wide as is. I don't have the time right now or I might work it out.

Don't trouble yourself. I was just hoping CrossFit HQ had an easier way to feed their content. Thanks again.
BTW. I like what you did with the CrossFit Newport Beach site.

Facebook themselves have a Wordpress plugin for this purpose. It can be found here (wfs) https://developers.facebook.com/docs/wordpress/

Implementation is fairly easy. If you've got as far as running your own Wordpress site you can most likely figure it out no problem.

We are currently in the starting phases of a box. I am in charge of the website. (Yah, me) I have started one on WordPress but it needs LOTS of help. Would anyone be willing to help me with this?
