Pain near illium + tight hamstrings

I strained my back doing deadlift. I know, I know, I should fix form.

It was feeling better, so I did the squat WOD last week; it was probably too soon, since it tightened back up. It seems that my back soreness is localized near the illium (top of pelvis). I've tried stretching it, and I've also tried using Steven Low's golf ball trick. That helped, but I realized that my flexibility is also limited by my now tight hammies. I'd say I've lost four to five inches of reach when trying to touch my toes. I can get to my toes eventually, but it takes a while.

Any ideas what's going on here?
What additional treatments should I pursue?
Should I drop all WOD's, or just the heavy strength WOD's?

massage the area daily(2-3x a day for max results). Also make sure you are doing the rest of your lower body for foam rolling(or tennis ball) if you want to correct the weaklinks in the chain. Do this before your dynamic warmups and your flexibility will improve much easier.

In addition, I would recommend doing db lunges and light deadlifts for a bit till you regain your flexibility.
