I posted a while ago about my back aching, and it felt a little better for a while, but now it is hurting again. I was hoping it was just a strain that would clear up, but it's been bothering me for a while now, and I after looking around on the web, I'm starting to think my psaos are very tight, probably from not stretching my hips enough after wods. Does anyone know of any really good stretches, or anything I can do to loosen up my psoas? I've looked online, but pretty much all I can find are articles on yoga and people wanted me to buy dvds. Thanks.

W/S link, go to the psoas stretch. My current lower body routine incorporates all of these stretches as one of my goals is to be able to do the front and side splits like I did as a kid.
