Rowing Tabata - settings for scoring?
Does anyone have any settings for the C2 rowing machine that I can use to score myself whilst doing a Tabata-style workout?
Petty possibly, but I find I perform best when competing against my previous performances, hence the need for a decent set of settings to score myself. The problem I'm struggling to tackle is how to discount the rest intervals - one of the benefits of Tabata, it seems to me, is the gains resulting from the need to input more force to accelerate every 20 seconds, whereas the C2 "rewards" maintaining momentum through the breaks. |

Re: Rowing Tabata - settings for scoring?
Hi Sam, it's completely possible. It just comes down to where you review your score. Once you've completed the Tabata, go back to the main menu, select Memory, List by Date and select your last workout using the magnifying glass. Within there it'll give you the actual break down of each interval and your total metres rowed.
That's all from memory, so apologies if I've missed any steps. |
