Glad you got a chance to get some good Oly coaching at CFSD - and i agree that video is an awesome tool. I know my athletes really appreciate it when I video them doing movements and then show them the replays so they can see how they are doing, and get step-by-step critiques/instructions. Keep up the good work!

Glad you enjoyed the visit man...Come back anytime you're in the whale's V! Keep training hard. Oh and this thread is awesome...I wish I got to visit more CF gyms around the nation.
