Dick's Workout Log

My name is Josh Dick, and this is my workout log. I have been following CrossFit and working out honestly for about 9 months, so I figured it's time for me to move my log online. So here it is.

I will probably post something about me, my workout history, progress and goals at some point, but I'm too lazy for that at the moment. So for now this is just a list of my daily workouts, feel free to tell me if you think I'm crazy, doing something wrong or need some advice.

You're crazy. My advice is more pullups, more squats, less running.
