I did a metcon yesterday that had rounds of 10 deadlifts with 145# ... today I have sore left glute. ... I still think right glute isn't firing correctly.

Will do the cook one Tom, thanks. It is MIGHTY difficult for me to do a single leg bridge indeed, and harder with the left. I guess this will take some time to get fixed, and not just a couple of days.
