Many people have died from the Flu in CA this year.

Feeling better. Did a bunch of stretching Sunday. Rowed 1800 meters easy.

My upper back is really sore thinking from lying down for 4 straight days.

Monday- took it easy. 2800 meter row recovery pace even slower. Some ghd, strict pull ups, upper back stretching, glute ham raises.

Then went to the movie The Post. Was a really great movie.

Im 9400 meters behind on the rowing. Will catch up slowly.

Wed- easy day at the gym.
Super slow rowing 1k x 5 with some strict pull ups in between. Extra wide grip.
About 10 each round.

Just trying to get rid of the sickness.

Going in today to row and a little bit more actual workout.

Down 12,800 meters now. Better than 15k.

Thurs- just went home and slept- about 12 hours. Feel a little bit better today.

Will get in a row and move around a little.

No gym Friday or Saturday. Just did not feel like going. Still under the weather.

Sunday was a good day- AA meeting then about 40 min worth of rowing, ghd's and mu.

Total of 5k row.

2 sets of MU- 5/9

2 sets of ghd 10/10

Happy to make it to the gym.

16,200 meters behind in rowing. Will try and catch up a bit today and get it to under 15k.

Monday- still under the weather a bit.

L sit paralette bar
:10 on :05 off for 1 min.

Abs really weak plus the legs are not up to snuff.

Row 5,280 meters last night. Nothing too fast just under the cough amount.

8 min metcon- almost like 17.5
30 dubs
8 thrusters 95#
I treated it like a emom. Good pace nothing too special. Just under the hacking cough zone. Feeling good maybe 10 rounds but the goal was to do 8. With 5 extra dubs and 1 thruster maybe a sub 9 min but 10 min is a good time.

Went to see Howard Jones last night with Nilla, Chelle and Tony. Was good to see him. Have not seen him prior. Was just him, his keyboard and the stage.

Tuesday- keeping everything under the cough amount.. for you Alex B!

Rowed total of 5280 meters-

Push press- things were heavy- 45-225# missed 235#.

emom5- 10 t2b

40 or so 50# db practice snatch.

Warm up hammies and shoulders.

Metcon-
5 rft
30 air squats
20 perfect push ups (no worms)
10 dl 225#
8:12 ish RX+

Went home and watched a movie with my son. Brothers very intense.

Rowing meter deficit- 11250
