I may be completely missing it, but where is the CFT explained? I'd kinda like to get a baseline of where I'm starting from.

Well don't worry about that, I just figured out I don't even have the proper technique to do any of those yet, I'm gonna probably do the beginner workout for a month to learn the proper way to do things first, then give it a shot.
