tabata something else

i did this workout today and my partner who was timing my rounds for me accidentally thought it was 10s work followed by 10s rest so i only got half the working time as previously...
i realied something was wrong during the press ups rounds, but it was too late and i was too puffed by then to mention it.

pull ups done through loft hatch so gripping a beam, harder than a bar, and kipping not entirely possible due to risk of skull splitting!

previously i got the following

pull ups 9 6 3 3 3 2 1 1 (28)
press ups 19 13 8 8 7 6 6 4 (71)
sit ups 15 10 10 8 7 5 8 6 (69)
squats 15 15 14 15 14 15 14 15 (117)

this time round i got

pull ups 7 5 4 3 2 3 3 2 =29
press ups 10 9 8 7 6 6 6 5 =57
sit ups 6 6 6 6 6 6 5 6 =47
squats 8 9 8 9 8 9 9 9 =69

so seems to me pull ups definitely improved rest seem to be better too.
suppose i'm just after someone saying 'yes that was better!'
my girlfriend suggested just doubling the numbers but i pointed out that wouldn't work really.(although i'd like to!)

Considering you got 29 total compared to 28 last time, in half the time, you definitely improved!
Comparing the other results is harder... but good work! Keep at it.
