My bad.
I'm totally new on the forum here. I've been training CrossFit for about 3 years, and I have a Level 1 cert. CrossFit is my passion, eat, sleep, breathe kinda thing. I'm just looking for people to support a community based and built collection of workouts. Sorry for the anonymity everyone.

Please share and support the site if you feel so inclined. The idea is to bring everyone together through workout design and creativity. Thank you for the inspiration to introduce myself Jeff. Much gratitude.

well someone with some sense needs to preview the WODs before they get posted b/c many of those are not only stupid but very well could be downright dangerous.
