Kb swing

Any one know what the caloric burn of the swing is ?

I would imagine that has a HUGE varience across the population, size of KB, and intensity of the swing.

Intresting document. Even if you adjust for VO2max %, Barbells still burn more per minute than KBs by nearly double. Now that is assuming that the exercises are similar.
