After one wild weekend I decided to ease myself back into it.

Swam 1,000 yards in broken sets.

Sled drags 30 yards
2x forward w/ 3 plates
2x backward w/ 3 plates and 1 25
2x sideways each way w/ 1 plate
4x backwards prowlers w/ 1.5 pood 5 one arm swings each arm after each pull
4x 30 yard sprint w/ kettlebell

rest 1 minute between each pull

25 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball - 10 foot target
30 Pull-ups

Round 1: 2:12
Round 2: 3:30
Round 3: 4:19
Round 4: 4:07
Round 5: 4:47
Total: 18:56

That's a lot of pull ups.
