Crossfit U.P Workout

OK, I've finally given up keeping a log on my home computer because I'm never home, and the scraps of paper keeping the info are beginning to clutter things up. The first stuff listed is a few of the times/reps that I've been doing since starting Crossfit this summer and the rest will be by date.


Isabelle- 9/22- 6:55
Nicole - 9/24- 1.75 run with 86 pullups
Fight gone bad- forget the dates but the first it was 187 and second was 257
Cindy(5pu, 10 pullups 15 squats- sets in 20 min)- 16 sets

10/18- Filthy Fifty- 36:47

10/22- (non WOD) ran 4 miles instead of WOD 5k

10/23- (non WOD)- 95lbs for 5 Thrusters, 7 hang powercleans, 10 sumo deadlifts-- sets in 20 min- 6 and 2/3

10/24- run 400 meters, rest 2 min- 4 sets---- lap 1- 1:16, lap 2- 1:29, lap 3- 1:40, lap 4- 1:35- total 6:02

10/25- Crossfit Total- 695 lbs
shoulder press- 165
deadlift- 235
squat- 295

10/26- missed Elizabeth- I'll have to make it up to her.

10/27-Rest day

10/28- squat clean (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)
205 max

10/29- 1-1-1-1-1 Shoulder press- 135 lb x3, 155 lb x 2
3-3-3-3-3 Push press- 95 lbs x2, 105 lbs x 1, 115 lbs x 2
5-5-5-5-5 push jerk- 95 lbs x2, 105 lbs x 1, 115 lbs x 1, 125 lbs x 1

End of WOD-

then I ran 1.5 miles in 11:26

Shoulder muscles are gonna hurt

10/30- "Angie" 100 pull ups, push ups, sit ups and squats for time- 27:34
Need to break 25 nex time.

11/5- SICK!!!!!

11/6- Still not feeling too good, but I'm tired of being a lump on my bed-
Did Nov 5th WOD- 10 pull ups, 65 lb Thruster 10 reps- complete as many rounds as possible for time- Did 9 rounds. Vertigo is not fun when doing crossfit.

11/7- through 11/10- Wow...no workouts.
11/11- Fight gone bad- 260- not bad after so long off.

11/21- introduced friends to Crossfit via Fight Gone Bad- NEW PR!!!- 278!

11/24- did yesterdays WOD- 3 rounds of ---21 knee to elbows, 1 1/2 pood KB swings 21, 21 pushups, rope clime 3 ascents, 20 inch box jump 21 times, 21 back extensions, 150 foot walking lunge- time was 35:04
