Re: Hill Sprints and KB's

You could say the same about rowing (done full out, it's plenty workout by itself). But it's completely reasonable to combine it with something else (pushups is the classic) with the understanding that the rowing will suffer a bit, but you'll add some pushing to the mix.

Depends on what you want to get out of the session.

There's nothing wrong with combining the hill w/something else.

Re: Hill Sprints and KB's

I would just do like 10 hill sprints with rest in between.

Re: Hill Sprints and KB's

Note well taken....I miss spoke, if I combine the hill and KB's it would be more of a jog or just get my *** up the hill. If I want to sprint...ill just do the sprints as a wo by themselves. Thank you for all your insights everyone. Ill also be looking into the kb jerk. I get confused with jerk, clean, and snatch, but ill be checking it out.
