truck driver gym !

hello out there,
fisrt, i'm not fluid at all. So be patient with what you will read, perhaps it will not be understandable

O.K. let's present you my gym at work ==>

they are filled of sand. The weight of each of one is 10,5 pounds: have 12 are filled like that.
Then, i have a 2 steel bars (2 feets long) also a 8 foots long. Maybe the 2 feets long have a weight of 1 pound and the 8 foots one weight something like 20 pounds ( different gage for the steel)
That's it that's all folks.
So, what else can i do for my morning training? I have 2 hours for the WOD, after that i go back on the road.
Here what i do:
curls, deadlifts, rowing bar, push up,

I'd say to get a jump rope, use one(or two) of your jugs for kettlebell swings and you can do the Sotts press with them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ClYQ...eature=related (WSF)
If you can balance them on the bars, maybe overhead presses or just do body weight exercises like squats, jumping jacks and sit ups.
