Re: Anti-ageing clinic
Katherine,
I'm on TRT. I know a handful of other CFers who are as well. Like anything it can be abused, but it's likely people who don't train and eat right to begin with will know their test is low to begin with. And there isn't much for big pharma to gain from it since test has no patent, anyone can make it. |

It's also important if you don't want your balls to look like raisins. If you're on high doses. What's the typical dose for a HRT patient? I know people who went over 500mg (not under a doctors prescription) a week and told me they suffered some serious shrinkage. If you stop the treatment, HCG is mandatory. As is Clomid or Nolvadex. Being on it will signal the pituatary gland to produce less leutinizing hormone, which will signal the testes to make less testosterone. Just from being around people who lift for a while, I know people who went on test and didn't use any of this stuff to come off. And ended up with long term HPTA and libido issues |

Lifestyle changes can absolutely impact your testosterone levels. Large fluctuations are common. First time my levels were looked at they were in the 500 ng/dL range. Eating right, not ignoring essential fats in your diet, some exposure to sun, HEAVY intense exercise, miminizing stress/cortisol (vitamin C can really help counteract the effects of cortisol) , sufficient quality sleep, and living a less sedentary lifestyle can all have HUGE impacts on your T levels. Now when I go in after implementing this stuff for years, I'm always over 700. HRT is definitely beneficial for some people, but it's always better to try it the natural way first. |

Re: Anti-ageing clinic
thomas,
HRT typically doses at 80 - 200 mg of cyp per week. You don't come off of hrt, no cycle, just on. Arimidex is a better anti e than nolvadex. |

IC. Different from the people who I know that have used that stuff (gotten it illegally though). Taking much higher doses, and not surprisingly, many more side effects, especially when coming off

Re: Anti-ageing clinic
Just google "steroids" "testosterone replacement therapy" etc.. VERY easy to find this info. If you've taken basic biology, you'll understand how it works i 5 minutes
